The pilot house is one of the most iconic buildings in Wick. It overlooks Wick bay and was used as a station for the pilots who guided boats into the harbour. It was built in 1908 to replace the old pilot station and was funded by the local MP Sir Arthur Bignold. It fell out 1/2
