Last night our special guest was none other than West Mercia Police T/CC Richard Cooper who took part in our THRIVE based control room exercise. Fascinating to have the Big Boss's views on how we prioritise incidents. Lots of spirited discussion with no right or wrong answers!
Perfect weather for our adventure to Oaker Wood Leisure. Cadets all briefed and about to start activities.
