This is true and something I’ve been thinking a lot about lately. My parents got married at 25 and raised 3 kids in a 1,000 ft prefab ranch on a slab. We took 1 vacation a year to a cabin or motel with a pool. Kids may not want that, but the lifestyle inflation is insane.
