❤️ Today marked a monumental milestone in our household—Phenix officially began his college journey! He kicked off his first day of classes at Northwest Vista College in San Antonio, and we couldn’t be more proud. 🔥 Wishing him the very best as he takes on this exciting new chapter.

🔥Our family always enjoys the Labor Day Weekend tradition of attending the Kendall County Fair parade in downtown Boerne.

🏈 Our family had a great time at the Texas State University vs. UT San Antonio football game at the Alamodome. Danica Gaither-Benway cheered for her Alma Mater and we hung out with my longtime pal, Humbie Cervera and his wife Lauren. 📣 A pretty nice little Saturday!

🔥 One year ago, I wrapped up my time at Boerne ISD (with my last official day a few weeks later after some much-needed rest). Our extremely talented BISD communications team was recognized with statewide accolades at a historic pace. Thanks to retired Supt. Dr. Tommy Price

❤️ Happy Birthday to the love of my life, Danica Gaither-Benway! I am forever grateful that we found each other in this crazy world and I absolutely love the wonderful life we’ve built together. We make a great team! Here’s to many more years and many more birthdays!

🔥 DATE NIGHT 🔥 Danica Gaither-Benway and I were honored to represent Bartlett Cocke General Contractors at the 2025 San Antonio Sports Hall of Fame Gala. Congratulations to the inductees, which included the 1999 NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs. Proceeds benefit San Antonio youth and community programs.

‼️ First time back in Laredo in over 10 years, and it was a whirlwind (less than 20 hours on the ground). We had a blast visiting the Bartlett Cocke General Contractors project at Texas A&M International University and hosting dinner with both the TAMIU and Laredo College Presidents.

❤️ In honor of our amazing daughter Brady, we celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month in October. We are grateful Brady is: ✅ Very happy ✅ Energetic ✅ Opinionated ✅ Loving ✅ Polite ✅ Loves to play ✅ And more We are proud of the progress she’s made!

🎉 We visited one of our favorite places, the beautiful and historic Pearl in San Antonio. Danica Gaither-Benway and I enjoyed bringing the best mother-in-law and Brady to one of the most popular destinations in Texas (Phenix was at work). If you love spending money, it’s the place to be

🔥 Exciting Times at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors! 🏆 The Bartlett Cocke Marketing team was honored at the 2025 SMPS Houston Ace Marketing Awards! 🤠 Danica Gaither-Benway and I were proud to represent Bartlett Cocke General Contractors at the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio’s Two Steppin’ For Club Kids fundraiser.

🥰 We made our triumphant return to one of our favorite family vacation spots, the Gaylord Texan Resort in beautiful Grapevine, TX As always, this was a memorable visit. It was nice to unplug and relax.

🎉 A Year to Remember It’s hard to believe it’s already been one year since I joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors as Director of Marketing. This year has been one of the most rewarding of my career. Thank you!

🎃 One of our favorite fall visits is the Float In Pumpkin Patch in New Braunfels. 👎 We love spending time together (Phenix was not with us)

🔥 We’re so proud of Phenix and his new role at Boerne Dodge Chrysler Jeep! He’s always had a passion for cars and incredible knowledge of the industry, and now he’s thriving in his new gig. I even bought my new vehicle from the dealership! Congratulations, Phenix!

🔥 Another trip to Houston to see my hair replacement expert, the legendary Chris Mackey, and get my fresh new unit! This month marks two years of working with Chris, and he’s been amazing every step of the way. He’s truly the best, and I always look forward to seeing him!

🔥 What a night in San Antonio! Proud to have Bartlett Cocke General Contractors well represented at the San Antonio Spurs election night celebration. It was an honor to be invited by Spurs leadership to celebrate the passing of Propositions A & B! 1/2

‼️ Leading up to the election, our team hosted a Trade Partner Appreciation event & “Vote YES” rally with nearly 450 attendees, a true testament to our shared commitment to building better communities. 🎉 Congratulations, Bexar County! Exciting times ahead for San Antonio! 2/2

❤️ A Great Family Event ❤️ We spent our Saturday morning with our Bartlett Cocke General Contractors family at the 2025 American Heart Association Heart and Stroke Walk. Danica, Brady, and I had a wonderful time supporting such an important cause and enjoying the day with our coworkers. ❤️
