Where are we?

Tonight is a rare home made chinese banquet. It’s been a while since we made one of these. Pawn crackers, char sui buns, Peking duck, beef with mango, egg fried rice.

Not sure how this came to be in the cellar. Manchester Homebrew Christmas parcel exchange? Lively roasty chocolate aromas. Tasty stout, hint of sweetness, a little firey with the chilli at first but got used to it. Cheers Nico Ditch Brewing
