My real, paid account Dan Phillips (inspired by a largely true story) was hacked 1/14/2025, and 2FA added. I changed the pw, but can't get past the hacker's 2FA. I've contacted X support dozens of times, only automated responses, no help. When they get me back in, I'll abandon this account and switch to my main.

This the fastest progression from "that's not happening" to "okay, it is happening and it's a good thing" that I've ever witnessed. It's truly a sight to behold.

Does X customer service (Support) ever actually help anyone? Seriously — have any of you been helped by them? Have you ever heard of anyone helped by them? Nearly 5 weeks after being hacked, despite dozens of appeals to X help, still all I get is automated responses, no help.

I ask again: has anyone ever gotten help from Support? or do you know anyone who has?
