Tragic. The problem representing marginalised groups, is the masses don't know of your existence. If people don't know, how can they aspire to join us? We urgently need a national campaign to showcase what a rewarding career RNLD offers & routes available into the profession.

Sad to read decline in numbers for learning disability nursing. This is such a rewarding field of nursing with many career opportunities. We need people to know what we do as learning disability nurses and the difference we make in the lives of people with learning disabilities
