Mushtaq Bilal, PhD "Simply saying that you are using an AI assistant to read papers, you are in the wong job is dogmatism." If you can't read the papers yourself, you're not doing research or learning. You're passing the work off to a plagiarism machine to gain academic prestige without the work.




Who's to blame for this? Labour Party - for shortsightedly scrapping the compulsory language GCSE in 2004. They're back in power and they could easily reverse it. theguardian.com/education/2025โฆ
