We're delighted to see that a debate has been secured to discuss the harm that neonicotinoids cause to our bees and pollinators. We hope that this debate will cause government to rethink it's strategy on this harmful pesticide. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

In Westminster Hall debates on ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ and the authorisation of bee-killing neonics. Excellent speech from Luke Pollard MP calling for parliamentary approval before use is allowed.

The APPG is delighted to see Labour pledge to ban neonicotinoids from being used in farming. We hope that this encourages the Government to rethink its strategy for the usage of the bee-killing pesticide. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

An important article outlining the need for a nuanced approach to saving our bees and pollinators. Whilst the APPG welcomes any approach to help save bees and pollinators targeted support is needed. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ telegraph.co.uk/gardening/chelโ€ฆ
