Fun morning at the grand opening of the Fort Worth Prestonwood Pregnancy Center. I especially love how Prestonwood Baptist Church invests as a church in effective community outreach ministries so that they meet both immediate and eternal needs.

Great day in Austin with Pastors L. David Fairchild , Brian Henson and Doug James! Delivered Personalized study Bibles to governing officials, including Education Commissioner Mike Morath . Our time at the Capitol was a fun mix of planned meetings and divine appointments.

Excellent day in El Paso! Joined a group of pastors who built a local Bible distribution modeled after the Church Ambassador Network of TX event we held in Austin in January. Excited to be invited to participate, and looking forward to watching God grow the seeds that were planted.

Several members of the Church Ambassador Network of TX team attended the annual Governor’s Prayer Breakfast in Round Rock this morning. This event kicks off events leading up to the National Day of Prayer on Thursday. Looking forward to the NDP event at noon on Thursday in the Capitol Rotunda

Starting the day with a run to the airport to pick up pastors from West Texas who are in Austin to spend the day at the TX Capitol with the Church Ambassador Network of TX

Commissioner Buckingham recently met with a group of pastors from the Assembly of God denomination of Church Ambassador Network of TX. The Texas General Land Office is proud to work with local churches and religious organizations to find solutions to improve our Texas communities.

Before anything else, Church Ambassador Network of TX is a gospel ministry. It is a consistent blessing to watch God move, and to be a part of what He is doing in our state, as we inspire the church to engage government for the advancement of God’s kingdom.

As Ambassadors for Christ, we strive for a testimony that would make these words of Jesus visible to all: “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” - John 16:33
