Attack a 1-3-1 or zone defense using an inside cut and timed interior screen to create an advantage at the rim as in this example.

Tough shot...but sometimes last second plays require a player to make a tough shot...at least this play created a temporary advantage and the cut and replace action after inbound is a classic that can be applied to many situations.
