MB Biking Across Long Island Training Log 1. After weeks of 20-30 mile rides I decided to do the first big boy ride of 50 miles. It was a great first 30, but it was a battle for the final 20 with the heat. Could do like 80-90 miles right now, but this shit is ~130. 🥴
