Had fantastic couple of days at m Experimental Psychology Society Conference NTU Psychology! Such wide range of topics and thought-provoking presentations, not to mention the casual chats 😃 About 13 years after I’ve done w my first psychology experiment, I think it’s time to be a member of EPS!

Had a great day meeting with our #community partners and #PhD student to map out our goals and values. Looking forward to uncovering how #music and #dance impacts #social bonding and #Wellbeing with an amazing team Collaboratory Research Hub Freedom Foundation UK!

10% college students in US experience homelessness?! That’d be 1 person in my tutorial group or 52 of my Year 1s 😞 I wonder what the real figures are. Paul Schofield explains why #universities should use their influence in towns & estates to eradicate #homelessness!

I don’t normally post about travels. Then again, I haven’t travelled to a conference since 2019! Buzzing to be International Society for Autism Research, INSAR in #MELBOURNE next week! 🐨 🦎 🦘 Open to any and all sightseeing/food recs and to meet up with faces old and new 😃

This is a #social #identity study in disguise 🙂 New identities and connections can be forged and be extremely beneficial at times of uncertainty. Grateful to Lisel Hintz for lifting up some of my citizens after the horrific #Turkey #earthquake.

In my recent research visit to Porto, I had a most welcome reminder that beyond the hard work we achieve together (more on it soon!) connecting via values of sharing and exploring new knowledge is what drives me in #academia. Thank you for making this trip possible NTU Psychology
