Nate Cangany is a heck of a coach & is good people. He's done a really nice job since taking over at Whiteland. 2 years ago they were the 13th most improved team in the state (info courtesy of John Harrell). Each year he's won more games than the prior season. Keep it up Coach!

Agreed, BUT.... If you use analytics properly, they can be a very powerful tool to motivate your players to play hard, play for each other and play together.

As I see it, it's a high school coach's job to bring the BIG TIME to his program. Make em feel like pros! Love it Coach!

I totally get the point and it's s good one. I personlly wouldn't have been a good fit for me as an assistant & I don't see that as negative thing. I think it's important as a HC to surround yourself with complimentary personalities and skill sets!
