Finished the season with 3 dominant wins in the UA Rise. This group has 8 future college basketball players on it and these girls should be on many coaches watch list. Thank you ladies for making this a great experience.

Had a great day at the Greater Lansing Invitational yesterday! New pr of 18:53 and 7th place among such amazing competitors!

Ran a PR of 18:47 at the CAAC Blue Championship Meet on Thursday and was honored to be First Team All Conference!

So excited to qualify for States today with a PR of 18:38.7 at the MHSAA Regional and so proud of all my teammates for their personal bests!

Beyond grateful for this season! I placed 26th in the State Meet and earned All State recognition! I was honored to receive the CAAC All Academic and All Conference First Team Awards! My Coaches also honored me with the MVP award for my leadership! 💙💛

So proud and thankful to be a part of the GL Track & Field Team! Last night, we became Conference Champs! My 4x800 team placed 1st and I took 2nd in the 800, 1600 and 3200! And, last Friday, our girls team placed 2nd in the Regional and I qualified for States in the 1600!

Last week we celebrated our awesome 2025 GL track season! I improved both my 1600 PR with a time of 5:02 at States, and also my 800 PR with a time of 2:18, moving me into 3rd place in school history for both events, as well as being 4th overall in the 3200 and 4x800!

Honored to be named Co-MVP and highest scorer of our track team for the 2nd consecutive year! Coach described me as one of the toughest and grittiest girls he will ever coach and highlighted that I often ran 4 events, sacrificing my own personal bests for what the team needed!
