We have planted a Liquidambar styraciflua 'Worplesdon' (Sweet Gum) tree donated by one of our supporters. This specimen is a substantial sapling to replace the vandalised Oak. We hope that it takes root and becomes a wonderful addition of colour to the garden. Bristol Tree Forum 🍃💚🍃

Our new additions to the gardens thanks to a very kind private donation for the seat and also from Clifton Garden Society for the picnic bench. Plus the hard work of our volunteers! Well done team!

This is one of the areas that we seeded with native wildflowers and which contained existing species. It’s full of #insects that love the protection and flowers. Arlington Garden is approx 50/50 of managed rough and more cultivated areas bringing balance to this community asset.
