Seeing a lot of patients come in with unnecessary pelvic binders on. A 🧵 on binders: 1) If the patient has ambulated at the scene, or the pelvic bones aren’t moving when you palpate them (i.e. the pelvis feels Orthopaedically stable), a binder isn't going to help.
