When I was a Councillor in Leeds, we had the budgets to provide services that local residents deserve.

Cuts of over 92% to our city's budget have forced Leeds City Council into making extremely difficult decisions.

Fantastic to be at the opening of the Kyle Asquith All Westher Sports Facility at cockburnschool.

Moving that Kyle's mum formerly opened it and fun to see my son as one of the demo rugby players! Love that kids in South Leeds have a fantastic school to be at!

Great opportunity for young minds and parents/guardians to learn and play, a great combination thanks to University of Leeds

There will also be the chance to talk to the amazing Child Friendly Leeds team about the 12 wishes of young people in Leeds!

Tory MPs just voted to insist that Afghan interpreters who served British armed forces can be sent to Rwanda.

A scheme which costs £2m per asylum seeker. A £500m+ scheme for less than 1% of asylum seekers. Which now includes those who worked with our troops
