At #COP16_Riyadh wonderful to meet with my dear colleague and friend Ibrahim Thiaw who heads up the Desertification Convention. Under his strong leadership, the convention has demonstrated its relevance & significance. We at UN Environment Programme are pleased to have such strong partnership.
