My Piccowaxen Middle School 6th Grs have been working on estimation, so we did a classic Graham Fletcher 3 Act Task. Ss estimated the total, then I showed each color for an estimate bf we added and compared our sum to estimates. They even built the skittles by color. #CRAAllTheWay

So very excited for this little guy's art being selected to be on display at Charles County Public Schools Central Office. Our little artist makes us so proud. #ILoveMyLittleGuys

Going off the kiddos feedback of / for me, they wanted rotations. So, my Piccowaxen Middle School 7 Lab 2 Ss got rotations to demonstrate different strategies to find percent. I LOVED the conversations & multiple tries to make sense of the problems. #Perseverance
