Since our method involves many permutations, Amin Saberi created a fast GPU-implementation of NiMARE-based ALE and C-SALE, that can speed up typical analyses ~100x, reducing analysis time from hours to minutes. We share this recourse openly at: github.com/amnsbr/nimare-…. 9/18
