It's almost a week since our first strategy day of the year. It was great to get everyone in the team together, discuss where we are, how we got here and how we do the next bit. Lots of exciting ideas for the year ahead including campaigns, governance and member experience.

I was so sad to read this today. But what a brilliant role model she's been and such a refreshing way to leave office. She's a reminder to any woman considering running for political office - it's possible to do things your own way and succeed. bbc.co.uk/news/world-asi…
