Finally hit a 3 plate+ squat (actually 325) for the first time... was so easy I may have been lazy on squat for a minute

As far as strength standards go I would say 1/2/3/4 is a good standard for "normal person strong" and 2/3/4/5 is a good standard for "commercial gym strong"
