I don't know of the existence of any The New York Times or The Washington Post reporter in #Sumy, #Kherson or #Kharkiv now. Correct me if I'm wrong. The nonchalance shows. Prejudice is institutionalized. The international community pays for such neglect. Ukrainians pay for it with their lives.
