Dynamic patterns of functional connectivity observed in rat fMRI signals (left) can be reconstructed as the superposition of macroscale stationary waves resonating transiently over time (right). Find out more at nature.com/articles/s4146…! Shemesh Lab Francisca Fernandes ICVS ChampalimaudResearch
(1/3) SynthSeg 2.0 is finally out on PNASNews and publicly available on FreeSurfer (surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/SynthSeg). It segments clinical brain MRI of any orientation, resolution and pulse sequence. The output is always at 1x1x1mm resolution, no matter what the input resolution is.
🎉🎉🎉🍻Our paper is now out in Biological Psychiatry! Check out Alex's tweet for a thread with our findings. I’m incredibly grateful to work with such amazing people! Thank you Alex Fornito, Jan Buitelaar and Marianne Oldehinkel for all your guidance and support!
It is finally out! Check out our project to bring generative models to ProjectMONAI and help develop several medical imaging tasks such as image synthesis, anomaly detection, denoising, super-resolution, MRI reconstruction, and more! github.com/Project-MONAI/…
Everything you ever wanted to know about Self-Supervised Learning but were afraid to ask. A giant cookbook of SSL recipes. By a large crowd from Meta-FAIR with various academic collaborators led by Randall Balestriero and Mark Ibrahim. arxiv.org/abs/2304.12210
Mental illness is a brain disorder? Right? We thought so. Hang on though, our new study JAMA Psychiatry shows that poor body health is a more pronounced manifestation of mental illness than poor brain health. jamanetwork.com/journals/jamap… 🧵1/9
You can now run FreeSurfer recon-all on clinical scans of any resolution of contrast. You get all the same surfaces / parcellations / segmentations / etc. Code: surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/recon-a… Paper: arxiv.org/pdf/2305.01827… Work with Karthik Gopinath Sudeshna Das, PhD and others.
