RCA #CTO #TDADR Knuckle GW went to RV easily. GW was difficult to advance to #3. Swiched retro but failed. comeback again ante. I used Stick and Go to advance GW w/M12G to #3 because GW easily went to RV. The subintimal tip injection was very, very useful for this situation.
