Just had a Sous leave in middle of service after 16 days work. Turned out to be very wrong for us but due to being 2 days over 2 weeks we were clawed in with agency fees of 2.5k. This for me gives them in general a really fuckin bad name

Sadly didn’t get out much for #Octoberbest as shackled to the stove but did try ⁦The Set⁩ ⁦Dan Kenny⁩ had an excellent meal, pork dish was superb and lots of detail throughout, also tried the beef shin from new menu which was stunning.
