š Free 2023 Healthy Ageing Calendar š Together with the Public Health Agency & the Age Friendly Network NI, we've launched a healthy ageing calendar. This yearās focus is on moving more to live more, emphasising the importance of physical activity for physical & mental wellbeing.

šŗšThe first set of 'BedDances' to get patients moving in hospital ahead of their discharge have taken place. āBedDancesā aim to improve patients' mobility and prevent deconditioning in hospital through creative dance-based exercise sessions accompanied by uplifting music.
