How did the government lose a jury trial on infringement? Some patent claims were so broad they just required giving the components of Gilead's drug to a primate without an immunodeficiency retrovirus. The trial transcripts can't come soon enough.

Pretty good patent news! It shouldn't take this much work to cut a flawed patent down to harmless size, but mccoysm and Torbjørn Ludvigsen are heroes for doing it. Big congrats and big thanks. 👏🏆🦸
