I’ve seen firsthand how easily California students access addictive, youth-targeted flavored tobacco. I'm thrilled my bill, #SB1230-The STOP Act), passed the Assembly, protecting youth by enforcing the state’s tobacco ban and eliminating illegal products.

After California overwhelmingly voted to end the sale of flavored tobacco products, the tobacco industry wasted no time in working to evade the law. Now, the #CAleg passed bills strengthening enforcement to remove these kid-addicting products from store shelves. We urge Gov.
