I’ve always been an over thinker. I can get a bit obsessive about abstract ideas and I spend many hours marinating on it. Writing has been such a therapeutic exercise to give form to thoughts 💭 The best part now is I can write it, let it go and move on to another idea.

A very thoughtful take 👍 The decoupling of "sense of self worth" from work is something that only monks used to "have" to do or grapple with. Now, because of AI, I feel like all this philosophical work will be "forced" onto everyone's mind, which can be quite destabilizing.
