My personal experience with VEDS has been more with visceral/iliac aneurysms, although a few AAA as well. I rely more on growth rate and worrisome features (i.e. extreme tortuosity, irregular wall changes) than absolute size in choosing to operate. #JVSCITTweetChat #AortaEd
