Inclusion Canada Inclusion Alberta The fed gov't should only allow P/Ts to participate in the CDB if they agree to not claw back. The $ was for people w/disabilities, not the gov't. There is no way the AB gov't (or any other) should be receiving this money. It is not another transfer payment.
