Monday, June 24th Numbers continue to stay in the 100s as we enter the dog days of Summer! Last full week until we enter our 4th of July week break and take next week off for time with family and friends.

Tuesday, June 25th Only 10 more lifting sessions before Dead Week at the end of July! Take advantage of every opportunity!

Thursday, June 27th Rounded out the last day with 113 kids through 2 sessions. Enjoy the week off. Reminder there is a make-up lift for anyone who wants to attend Monday at 6 AM.

All 7-12th grade students will start lifting after the fair and Labor Day. We will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 4th. There are 2 location options with the HS location with Coach Matthewson and JH location with Coach Shull. This will be from 6:30-7:30 AM on Monday and Wednesdays.

Big day in the weight room as we put a record 127 lifters through all our sessions. Here are our top Hang Clean lifters from today as we began our new phase this year. Can’t wait to see the numbers grow over the next 8 weeks.

As we complete our Hypertrophy phase. Here are the top numbers for our male and female lifers on Friday.

Speed and agility begins tomorrow at 6:30 AM. Tuesday & Thursdays. Meet in the big gym. If you are in Coach Matthewson’s Strength and Conditioning classes, you may go at 6:30 AM or class time on Tuesday & Thursdays.
