Senior walk through is a favorite event at the end of the year. Extra special this year as two of my kids have siblings graduating from Marshall High School ! Principals, stock up on Post-it notes for fall! When you visit classrooms, leave a post it note on their desk telling them how lucky their students are to have them & share something you learned or enjoyed about the visit. I call them "Post-its of Praise"

Standardized tests have no place in elementary education. Because testing becomes the focus of education instead of learning. We take away the fun and excitement of playing, exploring, & creating. These are the ways children learn best!

In Japan 10 days so far and everything has been amazing! Visited Kyoto, Osaka, and Kawagoe. The food is delicious and the people are so kind. Off to Tokyo next!
