After much tinkering, my netboot.xyz shenanigans have come to an end. Turns out my NIC isn’t supported by iPXE. I’d have expected ChatGPT to flag this blocker early on, but what’s more fun: compiling from source, or having an AI flat-out tell you it can’t be done?

The nastiest bugs often have the simplest fixes.

So, both Fosstodon and Matrix.org are down. Where shall I rant now?
