WITNESS APPEAL. At about 1730hrs 16th May the victim was assaulted by a male as he sat on a bench by the river at Abbey Bridge. Members of the public who were sat nearby assisted the victim. Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident to call 101 ref log 668 160524
