#APPEAL | Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a number of burglaries in #Okehampton .

During one of the burglaries keys to a grey Kia Stonic were taken and the vehicle subsequently stolen.

The incident took place on the cycle path behind B&M, between Coney Avenue and Rose Lane, on Monday 8 April between 6.15pm and 8pm.

Day 11 #OpLoki : Drugs warrant conducted at a premises in Newport, Barnstaple in direct response to concerns around drugs supply in the area. A quantity of drugs & cash were seized along with other evidence…let the investigation being 🕵️‍♂️

Day off with Mrs Brown who dragged me to Exeter shopping but great seeing this in Next on display. This can go a long way to support those suffering from Domestic Abuse so please have a read & share away to raise the value of these safe spaces. Enjoy the weekend all.

Day 2 #OpLoki : The Protect & Disrupt team came up from Exeter to help with our warrants list, 2 arrested, 1 for breach of court order, the other for failing to attend court. Another 2 no longer living in Devon & lots of feathers ruffled so hopefully the others hand themselves in.

Day one of #OpLoki started with helping our response colleagues searching for a missing person, followed by a planning meeting & ASB warnings being issued with BarnstapleFireStation. Thank you to whoever left sweets on our cars, lovely gesture & much appreciated 👍🏻🚔👮‍♀️

Tavistock Police Neighbourhood and Response teams dealt with a violent incident this afternoon on Russell Street.

Male in custody on suspicion of assault and victims being supported.

North and West Devon Police Tavistock Times Devon & Cornwall Police

Spent time patrolling Lifton, Lewdown, Bratton Clovelly and Okehampton. Attended a council meeting in Okehampton this evening to discuss CCTV provision in the town.
On my return to Tavistock ended up in a foot chase with a domestic violence suspect. Arrested and 4 hours late off

Don't forget PC Theobald (with clean uniform) & I will be in the Pannier market tomorrow between 0900-1300. We shall have a range of literature & the bike marking kits. Feel free to bring us your bikes to be marked to deter theft & chat with us about local issues. Sgt Brown

Okehampton and Ilfracombe Police Enquiry Offices now both open...nothing beats face to face. Some great staff have been recruited and are ready to meet their local community to deal with and advise on any policing matters. Great news for our area.
