Stephen Griffin David Joffe PhD, FRACP 🇦🇺 We can’t just keep doing wave after wave of this, year after year. The newer patients are usually reinfections so just because someone was ok the first time does not guarantee they won’t get long Covid. We seem determined to disable as many people as possible.

Stephen Griffin David Joffe PhD, FRACP 🇦🇺 I feel totally helpless watching this happen. Then trying to mop up the damage. Why on earth have we not got yet like Parliament? It defies belief.

I hope Sadiq Khan's massively increased majority - after he protected poorer and vulnerable Londoners from air pollution despite the furious opposition of the right wing press - causes Labour to lead. Not just to follow what that press claims is public opinion.

All part of media corruption. And sadly most of our broadcasters go along with it. Real news dumped for performative showbiz bullshit like “let’s get Braverman on … she is always worth a good line for the bulletins …” The media a big part of what has gone wrong with our…

The average GP practice of 10,000 patients in🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿has lost the equivalent of £350,000 in real terms funding in just 8 years

8000 GPs shortage in FTE GPs employed

Thousands of GPs can’t get work

NHS England Workforce Plan is fund ARRS roles not GPs

Can’t see a GP - here is why

Been thinking about this

I have heard testaments of people who objected at the ward level to the pitiful approach to PPE and were threatened with discipline/told off/made to feel like traitors/“spoken to”

A culture that allows that is needing fixed, not the coal face workers

Telegraph headlines on the same day:

Tories will have no MPs left
SNP will be wiped out
Farage won't stand
and
Labour won't have enough MPs to form a govt

Logically, this means the LibDems must gain 331 MPs. They're on 9%.

The Telegraph is the new Sunday Sport

Says Richard Ebright, whose greatest hits include:

1: BSL2 laboratories are same as dental offices
2: RaTG13 is a proximal ancestor of SARS CoV-2 and was engineered/passaged to become the latter
3: a grant approved a 6mo before was a qpq for Proximal Origins

All untrue

So, again ?

I'm returning to that cycle I suggested before, now looking at the current state of the variants.
JN.1 took over, and from it a polytomy evolved. Just like the year before, we are seeing a rise of convergent mutations, only in the spike, and almost exclusively in the…

The first migrant was voluntary, he was sent on a commercial flight to Rwanda & given £3,000.

Now he's nowhere to be found.

Three politicians from the Conservative party, which lost almost 500 councillors and multiple mayoral contests in these local elections, featured on the Laura Kuenssberg programme this morning.

None from the Greens or Lib Dems, who both made significant gains across the country.

'MP and councillors meet with Southern Water and the Environment Agency.'

Oh look for the umpteenth time local MP Caroline Nokes MP wags a finger at Southern Water who clearly don't care one iota.

How many times is that now? How's that working out for you?

Some have been obliquely(ish) attacking me for ‘minimising’ covid, effectively saying I’m a fool for saying there was a small rise in covid admissions when the relative rise was 30%.

So let me explain why I’m not that worried & why these accounts are dishonest data brokers 1/12
