I’m so tired of the discourse that US involvement somehow made the war in Ukraine worse. It was actually the complete *inaction* of the collective West towards Putin’s aggression in the years prior that emboldened him to carry out the full-scale invasion in 2022

In 2022 Ukraine flooded with this type of guy. A bunch of random guys claiming to have some kinds of connections in the military, intel that were completely fake. Sometimes an ego thing, sometimes scam, sometimes a way to try to pick up 22 year olds. Sometimes mental health issue

Just a reminder that if Russia were bombing the children of any other country EVERY DAY, for YEARS, the people in those countries would be a lot—A LOT—less eager to showcase Russian films, invite Russians to any events, or otherwise scramble for loopholes to excuse their actions.

I'm incredibly annoyed by people who use suffering of other people, like Roma or Palestinians, to then say that Ukrainians should not get any aid to fight against an imperialist power that wants to kill them, and vis versa.
