The best part though is that you are still selling the flight on 23DEC22 that we (and for sure others) are not managing to rebook through your link FOR 1253$ PER PERSON. It is an absolute shame, specially with Christmas fast approaching. PLAY

We tried rebooking online but then get an email saying “there’s no availability”. We drove to the airport yesterday and there was no PLAY representative. The woman working at the counter confirmed we are not passengers in any upcoming flight and offered us 0 assistance.

PLAY you cancelled our flights BWI>KEF (OG102) and KEF>STN (OG800) yesterday (19DEC22) due to weather. We understand this happens. However, what we don’t understand is why 30 hours later we are still unable to rebook the flight and you can’t be reached by any means.

Hello TAP Air Portugal I’m sitting at Lisbon airport about to miss my flight because even though I paid for it and have a confirmation email & booking number from you, I am not in the passenger list 1/2

I sent a request last night when I couldnt do the check in online, and still no response. You only have 3 people working at the desk and a queue of at least 60 people. booking a new flight online is >400€. Completely unacceptable TAP Air Portugal
