Well done to our learners who took part in the Alva Academy DYW project. We would like to say a huge thank you to County Fabrics who supported our learners by supplying the fabric for their footstools. During this project, learners gained valuable skills in traditional upholstery.

🌞 Summer Solstice 🌞 Celebrating the longest day with friendship bracelet making, creating standing stones and a Druid quiz! We had 50+ young people popping by to find out more about this important day. See you at the next RMPS Festivals @ Lunchtime after the holidays!

2E have been creating our own standing stones after learning about the Summer Solstice. A great opportunity to take our learning outside ☀️

A big thank you to Ms Chesher in Social Subjects for the interesting summer solstice lesson. The ASDAN group enjoyed learning about Paganism, Druids and Stonehenge.
