This kind of lying is so funny to me. LeBron hasn’t been poor from >16 ft since ‘10. At his peak he was +40% on 2s >16ft and 39% on 3s, and as a Laker he’s maintained. He’d be unguardable in ‘90 against illegal D farming ASTs and crushing lack of zones on drives to the rim.

LeBron’s FG% at the rim with Ben Wallace on the floor, 2005-06: 71% on 9 attempts per 100. Percentage at the rim that year: 69%. That’s two percentage points better against Wallace. Does lying help you?

In the final minute of a playoff game, unassisted shots to tie or take the lead (since 1996): LeBron: 18/45 (40%) Jordan: 3/11 (27%) Why do we continue to perpetuate this narrative?

Any criteria you’d use to exclude LeBron from an all-time top 10 would also exclude every single other player in NBA history with the exception of one.

In 17 seasons before the tear, Kobe had 31,617 points in 1239 games (25.5 PPG). To reach 38,387, he’d have to average 2256 per season for his final three years. He hadn’t scored more than 2201 in the five years prior. It wasn’t happening.

Dudes will post a slideshow of muscular players when it suits their argument then unironically say that LeBron’s physique is proof he’s juicing. Pure comedy.
