3 The state says this is due to the Irish constitution and notions of privacy. It was enforced secrecy shame stigma and punishment that kept them apart and denied them to ever see or hold each other again . Not privacy.

4 Adoptees still don't have a legal right to their birth certificates. Identity information, data rights and human rights are denied. What has changed? It will likely see people from our community in the European courts if it continues.
