House returns from recess at 4:45pm to debate & then vote on the latest version of the CR to avert a gov't shutdown at midnight. 2/3rds vote will be needed for passage. Bill includes gov't funding for 3 months as well as disaster relief and farm aid,but not a debt limit increase.
