I just wonder if new signings Kevin Nisbet and Jesper Karllson night just get an outing for Aberdeen FC against Buckie Thistle FC in the Aberdeenshire Cup semi-final at Victoria Park tomorrow night as next competitive league game against Livi isn't until September 13th?

Pretty sure he will be, and with a bit of luck I should be able to listen to his first-class commentary a couple of feet from the great man himself!

The man for whom the classic headline was penned but never used I believe - 'Super Cally goes ballistic, xxxx were atrocious'. Decades later used for the first time in print in Caley Thistle's historic 3-1 Scottish Cup win over Celtic at Parkhead!

Wish that German ref in the Scotland game tonight had been in charge in Bucharest, and at Pittodrie in the recent Falkirk game, when the 'Muppet' on VAR intervened!

You must be very proud of the young 'loon' Bryan, a real chip off the old block as it were? Thought he played a 'stormer' against the Danes the other night!

Good goal indeed, but as a lifelong Speysiders fan who was unable to get to Harmsworth on Saturday, in the spirit of fairness, it would be great if you could post young Rothes striker Jake Thomson's first hat-trick in senior football - that really would be appreciated!

Typical Steve Clarke, takes on Dykes and leaves young Bowie on the bench - what better time to bring on a youngster for his first cap than when you are coasting with just six minutes to go! Unbelievable!

Agreed Jim - but - when my home town team Rothes FC reached the Highland League Cup final for the first time, I just had to do the commentary in the game against Buckie Thistle FC - as the teams ran out for the 2nd half I remember saying ' the lights are on, but there's nobody in'!
