Tested DeepEMhancer (biorxiv.org/content/10.110…) on a quite anisotropic map, pretty happy with the results! Only input 2 half maps, no model. Available on COSMIC CryoEM, thx to Cianfrocco Lab for getting it running, fab resource and super easy to use! Visualized with ChimeraX (bsky: chimerax.ucsf.edu)
