The Million Dollar Homepage made over $1M for its founder in 2005, people paid $1 to buy pixels & place links. You can see it evolve ๐Ÿ‘‡ It also shows how much of the internet has rotted. By 2014, 22% of the links went to dead sites. By 2017, 63% did. Today, very few at all work.
