okay why are some recovered ppl …so fucking nasty. like girl that was you? getting angry over the subject matter makes sense (someone restricting while having a baby wtf) but if this was said about ANY other illness….

having the worst hunger pangs rn. but i binged yesterday so idk why i’m even hungry lol

i resisted the craving to binge and i’m in control again

attempted my first 4 day fast halfway through feeling good

my oodie still has that hospital smell

i went grocery shopping today!! got heaps of new gum and sf drinks 🐭

ate dinner at his mums house and she made rice and vegetables 🧁 and i had a quest bar !! now i’m fasting again

i fucking hate my life worst ana symptom just happened to me

this is a sign to up my intake and fibre – im so humiliated though i’m just sitting in my bfs car until he gets off work in a hour. i hate this illness it’s so fucking humiliating.

drank like 3 cups of whole milk so i could shit and it worked!

binged so bad today i’m so uncomfortable and in pain – tried to purge it up but only got out like half. going to fast for 72 hours to make up for it. my worst binge in a long time. :( <3
