I find this helpful. The exploration and understanding of the degree to which something impacts a person connects to determining how to address it. Understanding all distress as extreme is disempowering and disheartening Sledgehammers and nuts are not useful partners imo.

WOW a massive win in the fight against Apple's enormous tax avoidance. For years, the company's effective tax rate on European profits was less than 1 percent. Turns out: that was illegal. $14 billion tax bill coming in. The ruling is final and cannot be appealed.
